I booked only one order, why do I get it through several deliveries?

When you place an order, your goods may be delivered from different warehouses, which creates a split delivery order.

For larger orders, your goods may be delivered to you from different warehouses. In this case, you will pay for the delivery with the higher freight cost and the second delivery will be free of charge. Our system will offer you the fastest delivery dates for both deliveries. You can adjust both delivery dates separately and set them to the same time slot if capacity is available.

The advantage to you is that you only pay freight once. You will be kept informed of the current status of each partial delivery and which items are affected.
