How can I get spare parts at IKEA?
There are three types of spare parts in IKEA: small spare parts, bigger spare parts and spare parts for home appliances. Prices depend on which spare part you need.
You can then easily order them here online, free of charge. It usually takes up to 10 days to receive them per post.
Please read the following procedure for appliance spare parts still under warranty: Electrical appliance damage and defects
Our third-party provider called ASCI provides you with spare parts for appliances sold up to 10 years ago (except electrical components). They need around 2 weeks to be sent to you.
You can order them on this page: ASCI.
You can read their terms and conditions here.
Be aware that those parts are always at your own costs.
