How do I order spare parts for electrical appliances?
If you need spare parts for white goods, you can order them online.
If your product is still under warranty, we advise you to visit our troubleshoot page for electrical appliance first.
If your appliance is outside warranty, you can still get spare parts at your costs.
Our third-party provider called ASCI provides you within 2 weeks with spare parts for appliances sold up to 10 years ago (except electrical components).
