Can I order a delivery into a car-free zone?
For car-free places, the delivery by IKEA is possible up to the valley station or as far the truck can possibly go. From there, the client must organize the transport by himself.
- The delivery costs include the delivery up to the valley station.
- Any further deliveries from the valley station to the car-free village are additional and at the customer's expense.
- The customer must inform the railway company about the delivery date and time so that they can be informed in advance.
- Deliveries are not possible on Saturdays.
- Assembly of the goods is also not possible.
- Please contact us by phone (+41 58 515 03 86) to place an order for a car-free zone.
