The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you provided. If you were logged in as a IKEA Family Member, you find all your purchases in your profile.
Please check the address you gave us and your e-mail spam folder.
If all the data is correct, we will gladly check this for you. To locate your order, we need the following information:
• The date of your order
• Full name, under which the order was placed
• Your complete address
• Your e-mail address
• Your mobile number
