Can I return products at a IKEA Plan and Order point?
For logistical reasons, our Plan and Order Points have different rules for returns. You can find out more here.
Only the following items can be returned to the respective Plan and Order Points:
Bern: Accessories purchased at the Plan and Order Point in Bern.
Chur: Items purchased at the Plan and Order Point in Chur.
Winterthur: Small items that were sent by parcel.
Zurich: Items purchased at the Plan and order point in Zurich.
