This cover’s ability to resist abrasion has been tested to handle 50,000 cycles. 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture used every day at home. Over 30,000 cycles means a good ability to resist abrasion.The cover has a lightfastness level of 5 (the ability to resist colour fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.

Very rough textured & marked on coverFarhanaCover is very rough textured and it came with mark on one seat cover.
Soderhamn Tallmyra light green fabric coversMinGreat fabric and colour, unfortunately covers are poorly fitting for this premium Ikea product. Most of the velcro does not mate properly with that on the sofa frames. A little disappointed. Just another indication that Ikea quality standards are slipping or suppliers are not being held to account. To be fair it could the velcro on the frame is not in the right place. Nevertheless, Ikea product quality control....#profit before quality.
Quality is average compared to display KimSat on this in the showroom Adelaide for about 6 months before committing to buy. When getting home and putting together noticed was not as plush or comfy, decided must need wearing in. Went back to ikea on another visit and observed the display has a higher quality of filling in the cushions (possibly older stock) pretty unhappy to be honest have an uncomfortable hard lounge

Excellent Flexible SofaAllanThese range of chairs is a great option for small apartment. Bought the chaise and the single soderhamn and it fits perfect in our apartment. It is big enough to seat 3 people and also becomes as a bed. The range has so many options that it can be customised to different setup. Assembly is easy too. The cover is removable and washable which is great idea to ease with cleaning and interchanging colors of the sofa. The only comment is that the foam is a little bit thin. Its comfortable but could be more thicker.

Great replacement for old coverAndrewI’ve had my Söderhamn couch for around 5 years, the cover was looking a little worn out. This new cover makes it look brand new again and the material is softer and nicer than the old cover.
LOOKS GREAT - REFRESHED THE ROOMFionagreat - slightly painful to pull the sofa apart, having lost instructions and the Allan key special tool to screw in and unscrew the nuts, but Google saved the day, and I managed with a standard spanner and generic Allan key, albeit more slowly than the special tool would have taken. did it myself but it did take a while. Looks great
