Have an existing invoice or case that requires payment? Use the below links to complete payment in a secure environment. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Assisted sales payment

If you have completed your planning appointment, or received an invoice from an IKEA for Business Specialist that requires payment, you can complete it here. Please have your reference number and quote amount ready. An IKEA co-worker will be in contact once payment is confirmed to finalise your order and next steps.

Customer support cases

If you have been in contact with our Customer Support Centre and your case requires a payment, you can complete it here. Please have your case reference number and payable amount ready. Our Customer Support Centre will send your updated case information to your email once payment is confirmed.
