For parcel delivery tracking please visit Track & Manage my order with your order number as your reference. As parcel deliveries represent an estimated date of arrival, you can expect to receive your parcel anywhere between 3 - 10 business days of this date.
Our distribution centre is experiencing a very high demand for parcel deliveries. Our co-workers are working as fast as they can to get orders picked and packed, however some delays might be experienced. Thank you for your understanding during this time.
Our Click and Collect service remains available at all of our IKEA stores. We are currently experiencing a high demand for our Click & Collect service. If your store is not appearing as an option at checkout, we encourage for you to check again at a later time.
When purchasing online, you can nominate an alternate collector during checkout.
If you have already placed your order but need to arrange for someone to collect this on your behalf, you can do so without having to notify us. Simply ensure they have the original order confirmation or tax invoice and that they present their photo ID for collection in store.
If you are looking to order spare parts such as screws and components, you can order them free of charge here.

Otherwise, not all pieces of a product are available to order as a spare part. All our stores have as-is departments where you can potentially pick up new parts second hand or you can look at repairing or donating your product.
