Our belief is that everyone should be able to try our products at home – and to change their mind about them. That's why our IKEA 365-day return policy allows you to return any IKEA product to us – opened or unopened – within 365 days of purchase.

Our IKEA claims process is for making a claim within a product's guarantee period. Many of our products come with a guarantee. These range from 3 to 25 years and come with some terms and conditions.

IKEA spare parts
Our IKEA spare parts service is for when our customers want to repair their products, and through it we supply spare IKEA assembly parts, such as bolts and screws, and spare IKEA furniture parts.
