This cover is made of dope-dyed GUNNARED fabric in polyester. It is a durable fabric with a wool-like feel, a warm look and a two-toned melange effect.

Gives an active sitting position, which improves your posture.

Changing positions between sitting and standing helps you move your body so you both feel and work better.

Washable – Removable covers make cleaning easy and keep the chair fresh.

Handy stool for stand-up deskKerryI gave this stool a 'test run' in-store and I was happy I took the trouble to look at all office chairs and desks rather than assuming a chair would suffice. This stool has elevated heights that allow me to rest, or sit, while working at stand-up desk. Everyone should consider this style of stool rather than sitting slumped in a low chair when they are working at their desk. It does drop down to a low height for more traditional desk height.5

Material

What is polyester?

Polyester is a durable, quick-drying and insulating material that is optimal to use for textiles and as filling in pillows, quilts and furniture. The material is made from crude oil – a limited resource. Since IKEA doesn’t want to contribute to more virgin oil being used, we are now gradually switching to recycled and traceable polyester from sources like PET bottles.
