Lower your bills with these powerful ideas
Every change has a big impact.
It can really be as easy as changing a light bulb. Or if you’re going all-in, make a smart investment for your home and install solar energy so you generate your own power.
Let’s explore some of the ways you can get started.
"The installation of solar panels were completed in a few hours and more than meets our needs when the sun is shining. It’s nice to know that it’s a long term solution that will help our family of 7 in the coming years to reduce energy consumption from the grid. We’ve already noticed changes in our electricity bills, which are now approximately half of what they used to be."

Using lamps to be more energy efficient
"My way of being environmental is having less, however this is my first time having lamps! Oddly, these lamps have changed the whole vibe of our house. After dinner, I enjoy switching off the lights and using the lamps only. We have the TRÅDFRI energy efficient globes that change between a warm glow for winter and fresh white light for summer."

Did you know...
LED light source consumes up to 85% less energy and lasts 10 times longer than incandescent bulbs. Also, LEDs emit very little heat. In comparison, incandescent bulbs release 90% of their energy as heat.
We love the savings from using solar panels
"The energy tracking app is fantastic to see how much energy we are using and making. It has definitely started a greener movement with us. We have had a couple of power bills now and are using the savings to invest in other ways to become more environmental in our home. Having solar has made me realise how much power it takes to use appliances, especially air conditioning."
