Designer thoughts
"The final design on STORSELE high-back armchair in rattan grew out of the practical work in the factory. Our goal was to make the chair comfortable to sit in, even without a seat cushion, and stackable at the same time. So the Indonesian craftspeople and I worked to mould the prefect curve into the seat. We produced prototype after prototype, tested it and made adjustments until everyone was satisfied and STORSELE was as it is today. Good-looking, comfortable and easy to transport and store."
