Decent product, poor delivery, missing piecesClaudine MThere was an entire shelf missing from my unit and one of them was cracked . I tried to contact the delivery company, which passed the buck back to IKEA. I tried to reach IKEA several times without any success. It was not possible to leave a message or to speak to a customer service representative. I am highly disappointed as I have an incomplete shelving unit.3
Great sizekmccaaEasy to assemble and I love the size of it. Holds everything I need! Only issue I had was one of the X brackets was missing from the order. I sent an email to customer service but never got a response.4
Great fixture but...phil6727We own several of these fixtures, and we needed to buy more shelves from the original purchase. Turns out IKEA has changed the type of shelving and the new metal brackets keep breaking. Bout 4, returned 3. The 3 new ones broke when taking out the pegs! Please bring back the old shelves. I would love to hear from management if they can find the old shelves or if they can bring them back4
