Why should I choose 'Ground floor' Delivery?
This delivery option is best if you prefer to keep delivery costs low and are able and willing to move the items to the rooms yourself. We deliver your order to the front door of your house or apartment complex.
Cost considerations
Delivery pricing is calculated at checkout based on your order value, postcode, chosen delivery type, and total order weight and size.
The weight and price classes are:
0 - 125 kg (max. 23 kg per package or box): €39.99
0 - 200 kg: €59.99
201 - 500 kg: €79.99
501 - 5000 kg: €119.99

Timing and scheduling factors
You can select a specific date during checkout. A delivery window between 3 to 12 hours is provided on the day you choose. Note that it's not possible to request a smaller delivery time window. Your exact delivery time window will be planned the day before or on the day of delivery.
Item size and type restrictions
This service works well for orders that are small to moderately sized, including items like chairs, tables, workspaces, and accessories. For items that are heavy or bulky, please consider whether you will be able to safely move these items into your home yourself. If you believe you will require assistance, we recommend the Floor and room of choice delivery.
Location/distance factors
Ideal for residential addresses where the delivery vehicle can easily access the front door (always ensure clear access and note any parking or building restrictions).
Customer effort required
You may need to be home to accept delivery and you will have to move the items yourself from the ground floor to your preferred location yourself.
