Free Click & Collect in the store for IKEA Family members
Are you an IKEA Family member? Enjoy free Click & Collect in the store when you spend 100.– or more.
Click & Collect in store from 0.-
Order online, choose the desired time at which you want to pick up your order, and we’ll make sure it’s ready for you in the store near you. For IKEA Family members, this service is free with a purchase of 100.- or more. Everything is ready, you just need to pick it up!
Click & Collect at a PostNL or DHL pickup point
It is also possible to collect your order at a PostNL or DHL pickup point of your choice. Your order qualifies for this Click & Collect option if it fits in one parcel, has a minimum value of 25.- and does not exceed 150 x 73 x 53 cm in size or 20 kg in weight.
Click & Collect near you
You can also pick up your order at a local collection point*. This way, you save not only time but also delivery costs. You choose the time that works best for you.
*Currently only available in Almere.
Live picking service in store
Are you in the IKEA store and you have an order list (for example, a complete cupboard or kitchen), but you don't feel like grabbing it yourself from self-service? We collect all the necessary parts from the warehouse and you can then easily load them into the car from the collection point at the store and take them home.

How it works
- Choose 'Click & Collect' when completing your order and select the store of your choice.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email with your order number and your invoice.
- Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email with instructions on how to collect your order.

How it works
- Add items to your shopping cart and continue to checkout. Make sure your order value reaches 25.- (excluding delivery costs).
- Choose the option to collect at a PostNL or DHL pickup point.
- Complete the payment for your order and service.
- Once IKEA hands your package over to our carrier, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Track your order online.

Tips for collecting your order
- Make sure your transport is large enough to take your order in one go.
- Make sure you bring a bag or packaging to safely transport any fragile products.
- For heavy products it is useful to bring a cart or someone to help you.
