Why should I choose Parcel Delivery?
Parcel Delivery is ideal for smaller orders, such as decoration items, textiles, picture frames, and other home decor accessories.
Timing and scheduling factors: Delivery dates provided are estimates, typically between 3–5 business days from dispatch. Custom IK+ sofa covers have a 5-6 week lead time.
Item size and type restrictions: This method is best for lighter, smaller items up to 20kg in weight and 150 x 73 x 53 cm in size with a minimum order value of €15.
Location/distance factors: Suitable for most residential addresses where a central delivery warehouse can dispatch your order.
Customer effort required: Medium - Your items are delivered directly to your delivery address, and tracking is available online. However, if you’re not at present and no safe place is available, your package will go to your neighbors or a nearby pickup point. You can also arrange a new delivery date or location with PostNL or DHL.
Use cases: Ideal if you’re ordering smaller items and are happy with an estimated delivery window rather than a guaranteed day/time slot.
