Can I return a product by parcel?

If you can't come to the store for your return, it is possible to return small items via parcel.

Yes, you can return by parcel. Each parcel needs to be under 150x73x53 cm in size and less than 20kg. If you wish to return your item by parcel, you can easily start your return through our online parcel return form where you will receive a digital (or printed) return label.
Have you already booked a parcel return order but want to make changes? Adding or removing items and changing the pick-up address is not possible. The parcel return order has to be cancelled and a new one booked. Rescheduling and cancelling the order is only possible with a co-worker.
