Can I return a product via truck?

Yes, you can return your item by truck. If you can't come to the store for your return, and the item is to big or heavy for a parcel return, you can have it picked up by truck.

You can easily initiate the process using our online truck return form.
We will collect your return from the front door of your house. Make sure that the item is in its original packaging or repackaged in a different box. Have you already assembled the item? Please disassemble the items if they are larger than 173 x 73 x 53 cm. It is most important that it can be carried by 2 people and can pass through a staircase/door frame. Bind all loose parts together after disassembly.
Have you already booked a truck return order but want to make changes? Adding or removing items and changing the pick-up address is not possible. Contact us and a co-worker will support you in rebooking or cancelling the return order.
