How can I contact IKEA customer service?
Our customer service is opened from Monday to Saturday. On Sunday we are closed.
The best way to contact us is through our chat.

Chat with our chatbot or one of our co-workers by clicking on the yellow chat button at the bottom right of every page. You can chat with our co-workers Monday through Friday 8:00 - 17:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 - 18:00. We are closed on Sunday.
Phone
Call us via: 050-7111267 (usual call charges). Our customer service team is available via the phone on Monday to Friday 10:00 - 16:00 and Saturday 11:00 - 16:00. Between 12:30 - 15:30 it is usually less busy. You'll typically get through to us more quickly during that time. We are closed on Sunday.
It's also possible to send our customer service an email. We will respond to your message per email as soon as possible.
