How do I redeem my IKEA store card?
Did you receive an IKEA store card with a credit as a result of a promotion? Then it is only redeemable at the IKEA store where you received the store card, unless otherwise indicated. It is possible that the store card has a limited validity.

Collecting a voucher from the customer service desk
Did you receive a pickup message for a voucher from us? Take your ID card with you and print the pickup message (if it is an e-mail). After you pick it up at the customer service desk, this store card is valid for up to 3 months.
Coffee and cake voucher
- Can only be used for coffee or tea with cake
- Can be used any time of day
- Can only be used in IKEA Restaurant
Hot dog voucher or ice cream voucher
- Can only be used for a hot dog or ice cream
- Can be used at any time of the day
- Can only be used in the Bistro
