Why do I get the message 'invalid' when I enter my zip code for delivery or assembly?
The web shop doesn’t recognize your postcode? Please check first if the zip code is written together (without a space between the numbers and letters). Is this the case but you still get the message? Then you may have a new zip code for us or it may be due to the availability of one of the products for delivery to your zip code.
Do you have a new-build home? Then you may have a new zip code for us that still needs to be added to our system. Our customer service will gladly adjust this for you, so that you can shop online with us again soon! In that case, please contact us.
It may also be due to the availability of one of the products for delivery to your entered zip code. You can remove the product to complete your purchase, or check if it is available for Click & Collect.
Also make sure your browser is up to date and clear your cache, internet history, temporary files and cookies.
