What should I do if I was not home during the delivery?
When the carrier is standing in front of your door but no one is there to accept the order, the carrier will scan the delivery as failed. You will automatically receive an email with the request to contact us within 2 working days. We are happy to schedule a new delivery moment with you.
Have you not yet received the e-mail? Please contact us to schedule a new delivery or cancel your order.

Can I also have my delivery delivered to a higher floor?
An order delivered by truck will be delivered on the ground floor as standard. An order can also be delivered to a higher floor by choosing room of choice delivery. If there is no lift, delivery will go up to the 4th floor. Do you have an elevator? Then our transporters will simply come to your door.
