What if I am not at home for the assembly or installation appointment?

Do you want to change the date of your assembly/installation? Please contact our customer service at least 48 hours before the booked date.

In many cases, you can still change the date of your assembly/installation. Please try to communicate the change in time; at least, 48 hours before the booked assembly/installation date.
Check if the service is performed by Klusup or Alpha Workforce. In the case of Klusup, contact them to change the appointment. You can find their contact details in the confirmation email from Klusup.
Is the service performed by Alpha Workforce? Then please contact our customer service to change the appointment.
Are you unable to be at home on the day of assembly or did you miss the mechanic? In this case, please contact our customer service as well. We are going to see what we can do for you.
