What if I am not at home for the assembly / installation appointment?

Do you want to change the date of your assembly / installation? Please contact our customer service at least 48 hours before the booked date.

If you contact our customer service, you can in many cases change the date of your assembly / installation. Try to report the change on time; at least 48 hours before the booked assembly / installation date. 

Are you unable to be home on the day of assembly or did you miss the mechanic? Please contact our customer service. We will see what we can do for you.
