Why should I choose the ‘Delivery inside your home’ option?

This option is ideal for large or heavy orders that require professional handling. A courier will take your items directly to the room(s) of your choice, without you having to move them yourself.

When should you choose this option?
  • If your order includes bulky or heavy items such as sofas, wardrobes or appliances.
  • If you prefer to avoid the physical effort of transporting and placing the products.
  • If you need the items to be taken upstairs or placed in a specific room.
Fee:
  • Standard fee from 39.90€ for orders between 10€ and 200€.
  • IKEA Family fee from 29.90€.
  • The final price is calculated based on the order amount.
  • See standard delivery fees for bulky orders.
Schedules and availability: You can choose between two time slots, each lasting four hours.
Size and item type restrictions: There are no weight or size limits.
Location and distance: Suitable for homes with accessible entry (lift or stairs). In buildings without a lift, items can be taken up to the floor specified in the order. We remind you to inform us at the time of purchase whether or not there is a lift to facilitate the delivery process.
Effort required on the part of the customer: The effort required is minimal, as the carrier is responsible for lifting heavy items and placing them in the room(s) or area(s) of your choice. If you have a house, we will leave your order in the room(s) of your choice, regardless of the number of floors.
