How do I choose between different delivery options?

To choose the best delivery option, consider the size and type of order. If you prefer to collect your items, Click & Collect is the best option as it offers flexibility. For deliveries, check the available times, delivery times and costs, as these may vary depending on the purchase amount and whether you are a member of IKEA Family or the IKEA Business Network.

Choosing the right delivery option depends on the type of products you purchase, your availability, and your personal preferences.
Consider the size and type of product:
  • For small, lightweight items (decorations, kitchenware, textiles or accessories), you can select the ‘Delivery to your door’ option by parcel service, which is economical, flexible and well suited to this type of order.
  • For medium-sized items (some shelves, tables, chairs), you can choose between ‘Delivery to your door’ or ‘Delivery inside your home’.
  • For large or bulky items (appliances, sofas, large furniture) that require assistance to transport and place in the room(s) of your choice, we offer the ‘Delivery inside your home’ service.

Convenience and schedule:
  • If you have a flexible schedule and want to collect your items in person, Click & Collect gives you the freedom to do so at a nearby IKEA store, locker/locker room or at a collection point with partner companies.
  • For deliveries, please note that the available times and delivery times are estimates and we cannot specify an exact delivery time.
  • Costs will depend on the purchase amount, the minimum purchase value (10.00€) and the type of item (volume and weight). The rate is cheaper if you are a member of the IKEA Family club or the IKEA Business Network.

Always check the delivery date when completing your purchase. You will find all the order details in the confirmation email. If you have not received any notification about your delivery, check your SPAM folder. If you are still within the estimated delivery time, you just need to wait. If the delivery time has already passed, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
