What delivery options does IKEA offer?

IKEA offers several options: - Delivery: you can choose ‘to your door’ (includes parcel delivery) or ‘inside your home’. - Click & Collect: you can collect your order in store, from lockers or from collection points (including post offices). - Order preparation (picking): available in some stores for direct collection of items.

  1. Delivery: this option allows you to receive your order directly at your home. You can  choose between: a. Doorstep delivery: Your items will be delivered to your doorstep according to the  address you have selected. In buildings or residential complexes, the order will be delivered to your doorstep. If it is a business, it can be delivered to the main entrance, reception or lobby. Maximum order weight 100 kg. Each product must not exceed 150 cm in length and 25 kg in weight.   2. a.1 Parcel delivery: Ideal for small orders, such as accessories or home décor items. Maximum total order weight 25 kg. The packaging of each product may not exceed the following dimensions: 78.5 cm x 55 cm x 39 cm. More information in ‘Parcel delivery’: b. Delivery inside your home: Ideal for large or bulky orders. The carrier will take the products inside your home and leave them in the room(s) of your choice, with no weight or size limits. For more information, see ‘Home delivery’. c.1Express delivery: If you want to receive your order the next day (subject to availability) for an additional 10€, you can do so with this service. Your order must weigh less than 155 kg. This delivery method is not available in Almería or the Valencian Community. 
 
  1. Click & Collect: allows you to collect your order at your preferred location. Remember that you must wait for the confirmation message before going to the shop or  collection point. You can choose from the following options: a. Collection in store: preparation time in 3 hours after purchase. When it is ready, you will receive a notification by SMS or email with instructions on how and where to collect it. b. Locker: Service available in stores in Alcorcón, San Sebastián de los Reyes and Málaga. The lockers are located outside and are accessible 24 hours a day. When your order is ready, you will receive an SMS with  instructions and a code to open the locker. c. Collection points: We have more than 70 collection points. Ideal for medium-sized and bulky orders. Your order will be ready 3 days after purchase and you will  receive a notification when it is ready for collection. You can find all the information at Collection points. c.1Postoffice:More than 2,300 collection points on the Spanish mainland. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. 
 
  1. Order preparation (picking): this service allows products to be collected in store from the self-service area. It does not include products located in the Market Hall, such as kitchenware, decoration, textiles or bedding, which must be collected directly by the customer in the store. This service has no weight or amount limit.  It can be combined with the delivery service. To do so, go to an information point in the store, indicate the items and the service you want, and they will give you an order form that you will then pay for at the checkout.  Available in stores in: Jerez, Málaga, Seville, Valladolid, Alcorcón, Ensanche de Vallecas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Barakaldo, Zaragoza, Badalona, Gran Vía L'Hospitalet, Sabadell, Murcia, Valencia, Asturias and A Coruña.
