What delivery options does IKEA offer?
IKEA offers several options: - Delivery: you can choose ‘to your door’ (includes parcel delivery) or ‘inside your home’. - Click & Collect: you can collect your order in store, from lockers or from collection points (including post offices). - Order preparation (picking): available in some stores for direct collection of items.
- Delivery: This option allows you to receive your order directly at home. You can choose between:
- Parcel delivery: Ideal for small orders, such as accessories or home décor items. Maximum total order weight: 25 kg. Each product’s packaging must not exceed: 78.5 cm × 55 cm × 39 cm. More information in “Parcel delivery”.
- Express delivery: If you want to receive your order the next day (subject to availability), you can choose this service for an additional €10. Your order must weigh less than 155 kg. This delivery method is not available in Almería or the Valencian Community.
- Click & Collect: This option lets you collect your order from your preferred location. Remember to wait for the confirmation message before travelling to the store or collection point. You can choose:
- Post office: More than 2,300 collection points across mainland Spain.
You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.
- Post office: More than 2,300 collection points across mainland Spain.
- Order picking: This service allows you to collect products in store from the Self‑Service area.
- It does not include products located in the Market Hall area as kitchenware, décor, textiles or bedding; these must be picked directly by the customer in store.
- This service has no weight or price limits.
- You can combine this service with home delivery. To do so, go to an information point in store, indicate the items and services you need, and they will give you an order sheet to be paid at the checkout.
- Available in the following stores: Jerez, Málaga, Sevilla, Valladolid, Alcorcón, Ensanche de Vallecas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Barakaldo, Zaragoza, Badalona, Gran Vía L’Hospitalet, Sabadell, Murcia, Valencia, Asturias and A Coruña.
