What are the general delivery restrictions and requirements?
To ensure successful delivery, it is important that the order reception area is safe, clear and accessible. During the purchase process, you will be asked to provide details such as access restrictions or notes about the building to facilitate delivery. A minimum purchase of 10€ is required to access our delivery service.
- Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes or addresses that are considered unsafe (such as residential buildings under construction or unfinished commercial premises).
- To ensure that your order arrives correctly, carriers do not leave items outside the address. The delivery note must be signed to confirm delivery.
- The value is calculated after applying any discounts, promotions and taxes at the end of the purchase and before any service charges or shipping costs.
- For orders under 10€, we offer the Click & Collect option, where you can come to our stores, collection points or post offices.
- When shopping online, you will see the delivery options based on your shopping basket. Both in our stores and with our distance selling team, we will be happy to help you choose from the available delivery options.
- Some seasonal items.
- Some fragile items.
- Live plants.
- Food products from the Swedish Shop.
- Exact delivery address.
- Additional instructions (e.g. whether or not there is a lift or relevant information about access to the property). If your home does not have a lift, delivery will still be made to your door or inside your home, depending on the service you have contracted.
- Location restrictions: if delivery is to be made in a pedestrian or restricted area, be sure to select a time slot that is outside of traffic restriction hours to avoid possible delays or delivery failures.
