Why should I choose Click & Collect?
With Click & Collect, you can place your order online, in-store or with our distance selling team, and then collect your items from an IKEA store or designated collection point. This delivery option is ideal if you have the flexibility to collect your order yourself, want to avoid home delivery costs, or want to collect your order when it suits you best. This can be especially useful if you live near an IKEA store or if delivery to your home or area is not possible.
- Small orders: for IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network members, the Click & Collect service is FREE if your order exceeds 50€, or 1.90€ if your order is 50€ or less. If you are not an IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network member, the price will be 3.90€.
- Medium or bulky orders: for IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network members, the Click & Collect service costs 4.90€. If you are not a member of IKEA Family, the price will be 6.90€. Please check the pricing details before completing your purchase to find out the exact amount.
- We collect the products and prepare them for you. Please note that you must always wait for the confirmation message before going to collect your order:
- Within 3 hours for collection in store or at the locker.
- In 3 days for collection at a collection point.
- For Click & Collect orders to be collected at collection points near you, you are expected to go to the collection point on the selected date and time. During the payment process, you must select a specific time slot for collection.

To choose the best delivery option, consider the size and type of order. If you prefer to collect your items, Click & Collect is the best option as it offers flexibility.
