Why should I choose Click & Collect?

With Click & Collect, you can place your order online, in-store or with our distance selling team, and then collect your items from an IKEA store or designated collection point. This delivery option is ideal if you have the flexibility to collect your order yourself, want to avoid home delivery costs, or want to collect your order when it suits you best. This can be especially useful if you live near an IKEA store or if delivery to your home or area is not possible.

Click & Collect is designed to meet the needs of customers who want to save time and enjoy the convenience of easily picking up their purchases.
At IKEA, we do not offer an item reservation service. However, you can use our Click & Collect service to have your order ready for collection on a specific day.
Fees:
Small orders: for IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network members, the Click & Collect service is FREE if your order exceeds 50€, or 1.90€ if your order is 50€ or less. If you are not an IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network member, the price will be 3.90€.
Medium or bulky orders: for IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network members, the Click & Collect service costs 4.90€. If you are not a member of IKEA Family, the price will be 6.90€. Please check the pricing details before completing your purchase to find out the exact amount.
Opening hours and availability:
We collect the products and prepare them for you. Please note that you must always wait for the confirmation message before going to collect your order:
  • Within 3 hours for collection in store or at the locker.
  • In 3 days for collection at a collection point.

For Click & Collect orders to be collected at collection points near you, you are expected to go to the collection point on the selected date and time. During the payment process, you must select a specific time slot for collection.
Item size and type: Suitable for most of our products. Due to storage limitations, some of our products may not be available for Click & Collect and may require home delivery. You can check the options available for each product on the product page itself or at checkout.

Location/distance: Ideally, you should live near an IKEA store or a designated collection point. To check if there is a collection point near you, visit Find an IKEA store. If your delivery address is not available due to stock limitations in warehouses or stores, you may be offered Click & Collect as an alternative.

Effort required from the customer: Your order will be prepared at your chosen IKEA store or collection point. You will be responsible for travelling to the store or collection point and loading the items into your car.
