What is the distance I should leave between an extractor fan and a cooktop?
For safety reasons, we must respect a minimum distance between the extractor hood and the cooktop.
For a gas cooktop, we must maintain a distance between 65 cm and 70 cm. For an induction and glass ceramic hob, we must maintain a distance between 50 cm and 65 cm. You can find this information and much more in the assembly instructions for your IKEA cooker hood.
