I don't know the reference number of my appliance, where can I find it

You can find it on your purchase receipt or invoice. If you don't have it handy, here's how to find it.

Depending on the type of appliance, the article number or reference number can be found in different places:

Extractor: you must remove the filter and on the inside of the structure you will find the number.

Gas hob: on the bottom (below) or on the edge of the appliance.

Oven and microwave: on the inside door when opening the door or on the rear panel.

Dishwasher: You will find the number by opening the door.

Refrigerator and freezer: on the top of the refrigerator or inside the refrigerator next to the vegetable box.

Washing machine: open the door and you will find the number on the inside.
