Can I collect points from IKEA Family in several profiles, give my points to someone else or exchange them for cash?

No, each IKEA Family card is personal, and points cannot be transferred. Points are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Each IKEA Family card is personalised and belongs to the person who registered with IKEA Family. In order to have the best experience with rewards from IKEA Family, points will be accumulated in the IKEA Family card that is presented during the transaction and are not transferable, not refundable and can not be exchanged for money.

Points can only be used to activate rewards on offer through the IKEA Family profile (via the IKEA web site or mobile app). The rewards can be redeemed by shopping through the IKEA website, mobile app, or in-store and when contacting us. Each reward has its own redemption terms and conditions, which can be viewed in your IKEA Family profile.
