Can I change the delivery address of my order?
Life is full of changes but if the details have been sent to our delivery provider, we can no longer modify it.
Check online if you can still cancel your order and place a new one.
If this doesn't work anymore, call our Customer Service at 058 515 03 86.

Yes, you can enter a different delivery address when placing your order. To do so, click on "deliver to another address" in the order process. It's also possible to change the billing address. We deliver throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. It's not possible for us to deliver to another country.
