How can I change or cancel my order?

While orders can’t be updated once they’ve been placed, you can cancel your order and place a new one. If you’ve booked a truck delivery, you can also reschedule it online.

Plans can change, and we're here to help make things as easy as possible.
Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be modified. If you need to update your items or order details, simply cancel your order online and place a new one.
If you've chosen truck delivery, you can also reschedule your delivery date online to a time that works better for you.
Please note that once your order is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled or rescheduled.
