How do I shop as a business customer?

Join the IKEA Business Network to get all the benefits before, during and after your purchases. You can decide which way is more convenient to you. You can simply come or get in touch with our IKEA for Business specialists in one of our stores, Plan and Order Points or online.

You're of course free to do your purchase wherever you prefer: in a store, in a Plan and Order Point or online.
  1. Join our IKEA Business Network
    In doing so, you will benefit from all our advantages, activities and financing options. You can easily create a profile here.
  2. Meet us on-site or online
    You can book an appointment and benefit from a free Business Interior Design consultation. If you have any question or need more information such as product availability or delivery options for large or bulk orders, you can reach out to our IKEA for Business specialists.
  3. Add all your wished products to your cart
    Also have a look at our offers and services discounts we offer to our members.
  4. During purchase
    a. Online
    Verify that you're logged in with your IKEA Business Network profile.
    On the Details page, select "Business purchase" and enter your company name, organization number (10 digits), and contact information. If this information is already pre-filled, verify that the delivery and Billing addresses are correct. If the Billing address differs from the delivery address, uncheck "Invoice address is the same as delivery address" and provide the correct Billing address.
    If you choose to pick up products via Click & Collect, no delivery address is required.
    b. In a store or a Plan and Order Point
    Think about showing your IKEA Business Network card.
    Good to know: If you pay with the IKEA for Business payment card, be sure to use your own. You can also request up to 99 IKEA for Business payment cards for all your co-workers to pay with.
  5. After purchase
    We're here for you before, during and after your purchase!
    If needed, you can convert your receipts into a VAT invoice by yourself via our receipt conversion tool.
    In your profile, you can find and manage your past and ongoing purchases, including booking an in-store return.
