How does Shop & Go work?

Download the IKEA app to your mobile phone and you can start using Shop & Go. You can scan products with your mobile phone while you shop and pay for your cart at a separate checkout without having to wait in line.

How it works:

  • When you arrive at the store, scan the Shop & Go QR code at the entrance or at other designated locations.
  • Or click on the small barcode symbol in the IKEA app when you've already installed it to activate Shop & Go.
  • While shopping, scan the product barcodes and add the products to your shopping bag or trolley.
  • When you've finished, go to the designated Shop & Go checkouts in the checkout area after the self-service furniture area.
  • Scan the QR code, select your preferred payment method and pay for your purchase.
