How does Scan & Pay work?
Download the IKEA app to your mobile phone and you can start using Scan & Pay. You can scan products with your mobile phone while you shop and pay for your cart at a separate checkout without having to wait in line.
- When you arrive at the store, scan the Scan & Pay QR code at the entrance or at other designated locations.
- Or click on the small barcode symbol in the IKEA app when you've already installed it to activate Scan & Pay.
- While shopping, scan the product barcodes and add the products to your shopping bag or trolley.
- When you've finished, go to the designated Scan & Pay checkouts in the checkout area after the self-service furniture area.
- Scan the QR code, select your preferred payment method and pay for your purchase.

On the day of the delivery you can track your delivery live to make sure to be present at time of arrival.

You select a collection time window during checkout. Once paid, you can no longer make any change to this order. You get notified as soon as the goods are ready for pick-up.
