      We arrange a start-up meeting via video conference or at your preferred IKEA store. Our IKEA for Business specialist takes care of your needs and procures the help and services needed. Please measure your space carefully prior to the appointment or have a floor plan ready. The position of the doors, windows and ceiling height are all important factors. Your personal IKEA for Business specialist will support you throughout the whole purchase and ordering process.

    1. Start-up meeting
      ​We start with a start-up meeting - online, in one of our IKEA stores, or we will also be happy to visit your company. Please measure the space carefully prior to the appointment or have a floor plan ready. The position of the doors, windows and ceiling height are all important factors. Based on needs, wishes and vision, we discuss opportunities and solutions. How do you currently work? Which solutions work? And what do you miss? We also talk about the scope of the project and expectations of the result.​

    2. Timetable and quotation
      We present a summary of the project with timetable and quotation, where the estimation of the interior design service cost (CHF 5/m2) is shown. Once the service is paid and you give us the go-ahead, we can start planning for you.​

    3. Interior design proposals
      Based on knowledge and insights about your company and needs, we create a concrete interior design solution, with proposals for furniture and lighting from IKEA's range. The proposal includes a mood board, floor plan, perspective drawing, product collage, detailed drawings and product offers.

    4. Order
      When it's time to order, we help you to book everything needed including services in order to turn your dreams into reality.
