I paid for more items than I bought, what should I do?
The easiest way is to contact us as soon as possible.
If you bought the items in a store, the easiest way is to get back to the Customer service there. They'll be able to give you the missing goods or proceed with a refund if you prefer.
If an error happened online, don't hesitate to call us at 058 515 03 86. (Mo-Fr: 8.30 am - 7.30 pm, Sat: 8.30 am - 6 pm, except bank holidays)
