How do I redeem a reward coupon from IKEA Family in the store?
Log in to your IKEA Family profile and activate your reward before making your purchase at the cashline (if you haven't done yet). You get the reward coupon code directly in the rewards section, and it will also be sent to your e-mail address. Scan the reward coupon code and your IKEA Family card.
- Make sure you identify yourself with your IKEA Family card.
- Scan the selected loyalty bonus coupon code – it will be applied automatically before payment. If you place an order with IKEA staff, please quote the unique 16-digit loyalty bonus coupon code for the selected loyalty bonus.
- You can find this code in your IKEA Family profile under the ‘Loyalty Bonus’ section by clicking on ‘Select Loyalty Bonus’.
- If you purchase products that need to be picked up at the goods collection point, please ask a member of staff for assistance.
- Please also quote the 16-digit loyalty bonus coupon code so that the loyalty bonus can be applied to your order.
- Only one loyalty bonus coupon can be redeemed per transaction.
- Loyalty bonus coupons cannot be combined with other IKEA product promotions.
