Care
Clean the carbon filter every 3 months. Remove it from the cassette and wash in the dishwasher at max. 70°C or by hand in warm water. Do not use abrasive sponges/detergents.
After washing, dry the carbon filter in the oven for 2 hours at max. 70°C, or at room temperature. Dry in vertical position to facilitate drainage.

The range hood can be either flued through the roof or filtered and recirculated using these washable and also replaceable filters which is the option I chose to do. Such a great idea that I’d never heard of before in a range hood. I already have a ceiling fan nearby so use the both in conjunction if need be.
