I bought two, both had two plastic legs that broke off SashaAbsolutely ridiculous that these came with plastic legs…only TWO plastic cheap, ugly legs. Soon as I carefully lifted it up …plastic legs BROKE! I swore so loudly my neighbors thought I was being attacked. Honestly, it’s more than I could take and I bawled. I have 36 broken bones, I’m struggling with getting dressed let alone getting these ikea cardboard boxes up for storage. I’m absolutely devastated that I’ve spent 6 grand on rubbish! U should be ashamed IKEA!

Very Disappointed Poor QualityMaryWhile assembling the product we noticed a small chip in the base but chose to keep it as it fitted the space perfectly and we would try to repair it. The cupboard was purchased in Feb 2023 and the door has already swelled and chipped at the bottom. Obviously moisture and heat from the bathroom has caused this. Being a bathroom cupboard I presumed it would be waterproof but, obviously not. I now have a damaged cupboard in my new bathroom. Very poor quality Ikea. I wish to return it but told I cannot as the guarantee is finished and the fault is on me.

We have only one criticism and that is the silly dysfunctional door knob. It is tiny, thin and fiddly. It is difficult to grasp with either damp or dry hands, especially as the door is spring loaded.
We had to go and buy a small white ceramic knob. This is so much more functional and looks much better.
