You get a more even light spread over the entire worktop with this thin LED lighting since it covers the entire underside of the wall cabinet.

The LED light source consumes up to 85% less energy and lasts 20 times longer than incandescent bulbs.

Wonderful light, but there is a problem with it's design!DouglasI totally love these panel lights, especially as they perfectly fit the Metod cabinets, HOWEVER, there is a big problem with the design! The problem is that the cover strip, which covers the front bar and screws, dips in the middle and lets the light through, and makes the panel lights look cheap and badly made!!!!4

Not good for officeAriI bought 4 panels to light up an office desk below overhead cabinets, but unfortunately the colour is too yellow. Good for kitchens but not for lighting a work table. A cool daylight LED is better but they do not have these options. Disappointed!1
