Late arrival made these uselessPeterThe carafes are exactly what we wanted to use for our fund-raising Biggest Morning Tea on 14th June. When ordered they were in stock at our local (Logan) store and delivery was stated at Wednesday 11th which quickly changed to Thursday when tracked. Tracking said they were somewhere near Sydney for 2 days, but still due Thursday. They finally arrived around 2pm Saturday 14th, three hours after our fund-raiser finished! As I said, good carafes, but our money was wasted!!!!
Accurate delivery estimates at time of purchase and during delivery process is essential for a suppliers credability!!3
Beautiful design, terrible tasteLilachThis is a beautiful water vessel, but the cork was glued to the glass with stinky tape (not a spelling error) that left a bad tasting layer that I could not remove rendering the jug unuseable. It would have been nice to know how to remove the sticky residew, or if another method of securing the cork to the jug was used. 3
Quality has really gone down!NicoleI have been buying these for my work for years. The quality has gone down over the last two years. There are so many scratches in the glass. What happened to quality assurance!? They are a beautiful design, but manufacturing is letting them down!1

Broke while washingShaniaIt might have been my fault I dont know, or the glass is really thing, but I was washing the bottle and it broke in my hands, n then I got a cut on my arm. It sad tho cause I was loving this bottle, and it looks so good, but seems like it would break easily.2
Best way to chill water during SummerLauraI love this 500ml carafe with a cork stopper (I have 7). I fill them with tap water or freshly brewed and cooled jasmine tea. Then refrigerate them overnight. I can machine wash the glass and leave the corks to dry on a sunny windowsill. Can't live without them.5
Use on a daily basisSylviaThere are two sizes [which you wouldn't know unless you press customise. I have 2x 1 litre and 2x 500ml.
Perfect for milk, water, oil and wines, to name a few.
They don't chip easily and seem cat-proof when they knock them over when playing. Great quality glass.
My only complaint is the taste of the liquid inside when the cork lid has been on overnight. Yuk.5
