Stiff and a little smallTyroneIt's quite stiff and a bit small for me and I don't have particularly big hands for a man. I find myself using the tea towel more often but it does protect form heat well. It was cheap so I can't complain much. It might soften up a bit with a wash and fabric softener, who knows..

Not for high heatAngelaThis oven mitt is ok but not for real high heat. It scorched when I removed a baking dish from a very hot oven. I suspect that the oven thermostat wasn’t working as the oven was hotter than the temperature said.

What is cotton?
