Parking

Enter the store from Woolridge Street or Lougheed Highway. Oversized vehicles, please enter via Lougheed Highway to park in the uncovered perimeter parking lot. Family and accessible parking is available for our customers. Family parking can be found in the lot next to the entrance. Accessible parking can be found directly across from the store entrance.

Green parking: Reserved parking spaces near the front entrance for customers driving hybrid or fuel efficient vehicles (cars that use less than 6.5L of gas per 100km).

Electric vehicles (EV)

There are four EV chargers located near the base of the ramp to the upper parking lot. Enjoy 2 free hours of charging while shopping at IKEA Coquitlam. Fees apply for additional hours.

Bicycle parking

Located near the front entrance for customers who have traveled to our store via bicycle.

Transit

Easy access from the Expo Line. Access via bus 169 and 159 and 791 from Braid Station. Use the Translink Trip Planner.  (View Translink's Winter Service changes with increased service frequency on select routes)

External Pick-Up Warehouse

IKEA Coquitlam has an External Furniture Pick-up Warehouse to provide you with an improved shopping experience and greater product availability.

Please note that all kitchens and other select furniture will need to be picked up at the external warehouse after making the purchase from the store. The warehouse is located within a short drive from the store.

Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.

Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.

Express return:

Register your return ahead of time to use our Express return lane. Returns are subject to our returns policy and do not guarantee acceptance.

Looking for replacement hardware?

Are you missing bolts, pegs, or other hardware parts to assemble IKEA products? Request free replacement parts online and they will be delivered to your home or business at no cost via Canada Post within 7 business days.

The Exchanges & Returns area is located on the main floor, near the exit and checkout lanes for easy access.

The Swedish Restaurant is located inside the store on the upper level, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner during your visit.

The Click & collect pick-up counter is located on the main floor, next to the Exchanges & Returns area. If your order is being collected from our Click & collect lockers, they are located in the upper-deck parking lot and are available for pick-up 24/7.

Yes, wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available for customers to use during their visit. You can request one from the greeter at the main entrance, subject to availability.

Our external warehouse (EMPU) is located at 1751 Brigantine Drive, approximately a 5-minute drive from the store. It is also accessible by public transit via Bus 791.
