How do I mount a cover panel next to a dishwasher/fridge?
To do this, use a covering panel 220 or 240 cm long that you cut to size. Place the panel with the sawn-off side against the bottom of the worktop.
- Cut the 200 or 240 cm covering panel to the correct length measurement (this is the height from floor to the bottom of the worktop).
- Place the covering panel tightly against the dishwasher. The cut edge will be against the bottom of the worktop.
- Clamp the covering panel between the worktop and the floor.
- Attach the covering panel to the bottom of the worktop with chair corners (available at hardware stores, not available at IKEA).
- If drilling in the floor is not possible then the chair corners can be attached with Construction adhesive
