Why does the product I just bought stink?

During the production of certain products, odors can remain attached to the product. For example, you can think of odors created by the use of glue, lacquer and wooden materials. New mattresses also have a specific odor.

In most cases, these odors disappear fairly quickly. We therefore recommend that you let these products rest for 3-4 days in a well-ventilated room.
If the smell remains on the product, you can always return it to one of our branches.
