When can I pick up my 'Click and Collect' order?

Already ordered but forgot what time you picked? No worries — you’ll find all the details in your confirmation email.

How does it work?

When you place your order, you choose your own pickup time slot and location.

You’ll automatically see which times and locations are available. The pickup options can vary depending on your order (based on stock, size & weight).

What happens after you order?

  • Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll get a confirmation email.
  • When your order is ready, we’ll send you another message — just to make sure everything goes as planned. That message also tells you exactly where to pick it up.

Good to know

  • Available pickup times depend on the type of location and its opening hours.
  • During busy times (like holidays), pickup slots can fill up quickly. This happens when there’s not enough space or time to prepare more orders. Try a different location or check back later — new time slots open every day.
  • Didn’t get a message? Check your spam folder or get in touch with us.

Why can I only plan a few days ahead when picking up from an IKEA store?

If you pick up your order at an IKEA store, we collect the items from the store stock and set them aside for you. How far ahead you can book depends on how much space the store has to hold orders.
