How do I order bigger spare parts?

If you'd like to order a bigger spare part or are unable to find the spare part number, you can reach out to Customer Service online or in IKEA stores.

You can order bigger spare parts if you need to renew a product that you already own. Bigger spare parts that do not have 6-8 identification numbers require assistance from a co-worker to identify and order. Here’s how you can order big spare parts.
Do I need to pay for a spare part?
When the problem of the parts is caused by IKEA, such as damage or a missing part, you might be eligible for a free spare part. However, if the problem falls out of warranty you will have to pay for the item and transport costs yourself.
How can I receive a bigger spare part?
