How do I order spare parts for IKEA home appliances?
If you need spare parts or additional components for home appliances, we can provide them under warranty or, when it falls outside of warranty, you can order and pay for them yourself.
A variety of appliance spare parts are available including but not limited to the following: door handles, door hinges, trays, baskets and door gaskets. seals, spray arms, drain filters, interior racks and plastic peripherals such as baskets and lids and detergent dispensers, door locking assembly.
If you have just received your new appliance, you may not immediately find the parts in the packaging. Parts are often placed on the inside of the appliance, or are stuck to the bottom. Check these places carefully before continuing. If you still cannot find the appliance parts, then contact our kitchen appliances service desk so that they can help you further.
At IKEA, you receive a standard 5-year warranty on kitchen appliances. This ensures that they will serve you for a long time to come. This warranty applies to the whole range with the exception of TILLREDA and LAGAN. Here the legal warranty of 2 years applies. Second hand appliances could also fall under warranty if you have access to the proof of purchase.
